These terms and conditions govern the use of NorseMania and apply to every player who registers an account, deposits funds or otherwise accesses the platform. By using NorseMania, a player accepts these terms in full. Where a specific promotion carries its own rules, those rules sit alongside, not instead of, the general terms below.

1. Eligibility

Access to NorseMania is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence if higher. Account holders confirm, by registering, that they are legally permitted to gamble under the laws that apply to them. NorseMania reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point and to suspend an account until such proof is provided.

2. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts, whether created deliberately or accidentally, may be closed, with balances handled at NorseMania’s discretion pending investigation. Account details, including linked banking methods, must be accurate and kept up to date. Sharing account access with another person is not permitted and may result in suspension.

3. Deposits And Withdrawals

Deposits are processed instantly for most supported methods, with limits and processing times listed on the Pay n Play page. Withdrawal requests are reviewed for standard anti-fraud checks before release; this review may add a short delay even where a payment method typically processes instantly. Winnings can only be withdrawn to a banking method that matches the identity on the account.

4. Bonus Terms

Bonus offers, including the welcome bonus, reload matches and free spin promotions, are subject to the wagering requirements, contribution rates and expiry windows published on the Bonuses page at the time the bonus is claimed. NorseMania reserves the right to void bonus winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to bet patterns designed purely to clear wagering with minimal risk, is identified.

5. Game Rules And Fairness

All games offered on NorseMania run on certified random number generation, independently tested and periodically re-certified. Published RTP figures reflect long-term theoretical returns and are not a guarantee of outcomes in any individual session. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game round, NorseMania reserves the right to void and refund the affected round rather than honour a result generated in error.

6. Responsible Gambling And Self-Exclusion

Players can set deposit, loss and session time limits directly from account settings at any time. Self-exclusion can be requested for a fixed period or indefinitely; once submitted, a self-exclusion request cannot be reversed early by the player and takes effect immediately, closing access to deposits and play for its duration. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to contact Gamblers Anonymous or a local support service in addition to using NorseMania’s own limit tools.

7. Account Suspension And Closure

NorseMania reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, underage access, breach of these terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the player, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, NorseMania reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation, in line with applicable regulation.

8. Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, payment partners or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or an on-site notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which NorseMania’s operating licence is issued. Any dispute not resolved directly with support will be escalated through the licensed regulator’s dispute resolution process.

11. Currency And Transactions

All balances, deposits and withdrawals on NorseMania are denominated in Euro (€) unless a specific payment provider applies its own currency conversion outside of NorseMania’s control. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, the converted amount credited to the account reflects the exchange rate applied by the payment provider at the time of transaction, not a rate set or guaranteed by NorseMania.

12. Errors And Void Transactions

In the rare event of a displayed balance, bonus credit or game result being affected by a verified system or connectivity error, NorseMania reserves the right to correct the account balance to reflect the accurate position and to void any transaction that arose directly from that error. Players will be notified of any such correction along with a brief explanation, and can escalate through the standard dispute resolution process described in Section 9 if they disagree with the correction made.

13. Intellectual Property

All branding, game artwork, text and design elements presented on NorseMania belong to NorseMania or its licensed content partners, including game studios providing titles on the platform. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Game Providers

Individual games on NorseMania are supplied by independent third-party studios under licensing agreements. While NorseMania vets every provider and title for fairness certification before listing it on the floor, specific game mechanics, features and paytables are determined by the studio that built the title, not by NorseMania directly. Any technical issue specific to a single game’s behaviour, rather than to the NorseMania platform itself, may involve coordination with the relevant studio to resolve.

15. Severability

If any individual clause within these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that clause will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
